This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who knows how to build relationships, identify opportunities, develop new business, and close deals. We are looking for someone who is comfortable getting out into the market, connecting with decision-makers, and turning relationships into long-term customers.

Experience in construction, trucking, hauling, aggregates, excavation, site development, heavy equipment, or a related industry is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and identify new customers, projects, and sales opportunities

What We’re Looking For

Proven sales and business development experience
Strong track record of developing new accounts and growing customer relationships
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable prospecting and developing business rather than relying solely on inbound leads
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from field personnel to executives and business owners
Knowledge of the Knoxville and East Tennessee construction market is a strong plus
Experience in construction, hauling, trucking, aggregates, excavation, heavy equipment, or related industries is preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to customers and jobsites

The Person Who Will Excel Here

We’re looking for someone who creates opportunities instead of waiting for them.

The right candidate knows that great sales performance comes from building trust, staying in front of customers, understanding their business, and following through. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, walking onto a jobsite, attending industry events, asking for the business, and developing relationships that generate repeat revenue.
