Citadel Contractors, a leading construction firm specializing in design-build tilt-up construction, is seeking an experienced and reliable Carpenter Foreman to lead our on-site carpentry crews and oversee daily field operations for commercial construction projects. In this role, you will be a working foreman—balancing hands-on carpentry leadership with supervising subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety protocols, and ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship.
