Description
Rally Construction Group is seeking a Superintendent to oversee residential concrete operations including foundations, slabs, flatwork, and related structural concrete projects. This leader will drive production while maintaining safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:
- Supervise concrete field operations
- Coordinate crews and subcontractors
- Monitor concrete placement, finishing, and curing processes
- Ensure work complies with engineering plans and specifications
- Schedule inspections and maintain project timelines
- Perform quality control inspections
- Promote safe work practices
- Collaborate with builders and Project Managers
What You Need:
- 3+ years of concrete construction experience
- Experience supervising residential concrete operations
- Strong understanding of foundation and slab construction
- Ability to read blueprints
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license
