Skillforce is currently hiring reliable, safety-focused Concrete Laborers for projects throughout the Port Wentworth, Georgia area. In this role, you will assist with drilling into concrete and asphalt, installing anchors, and performing general concrete labor to support project operations.
Pay
$20.00–$23.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
Concrete Laborer Responsibilities
Drill holes into concrete and asphalt using appropriate power tools and equipment.
Install anchors according to project specifications.
Assist with concrete preparation and other general labor duties.
Load, unload, and transport tools and construction materials.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
Follow all company and jobsite safety procedures.
Work effectively with supervisors and other crew members.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of concrete construction experience.
Experience using concrete drills, power tools, and hand tools.
Valid driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to and from the jobsite.
Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
Physical Requirements
Ability to regularly lift and carry more than 50 pounds.
Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, approximately 12:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m.
Work hours may vary based on project needs.
