Our professional recruiting firm was founded by Gene Vineyard in 1976 as Vineyard & Partners. Later, during the midst of the “dot com” era, Gene made the strategic decision to rebrand to ConcreteCareers.com – a name and web address which properly reflected the focus and dedication to the concrete industry, specifically.

In mid- 2023, T.J. Crosby made the decision to step in as owner and CEO, following a career as an HR executive, and continues to carry the ongoing mission and legacy that Gene began nearly 50 years earlier. Now known more simply as Concrete Careers, our team of recruiters continue to provide support for professional roles across various sectors of the concrete industry, exclusively. We maintain membership in a number of industry-specific associations, actively participating in their conventions and meetings, to maintain strong relationships and awareness of the evolving needs in the industry. The combination of strong relationships with our clients and current knowledge of our industry ensures we continue to find great people who integrate well with our clients’ teams, providing a catalyst for their continued growth and performance.
