Braedon is the Assistant to the Owner at Concrete Careers where she excels in project management and operations coordination. With a strong background in commercial real estate, specifically recruiting, back office operations and executive support, Braedon is results-driven and self-motivated, known for her exceptional organizational skills and ability to anticipate the needs of the business.

She earned her CMP in 2016 and her Master's in 2021, and are currently pursuing Lean Six Sigma certification. Braedon thrives in deadline-oriented environments, consistently delivering high-quality results that contribute to the company's success.

Braedon lives with her husband, daughter and two rescue dogs in Atlanta, Georgia.
