*Qualified candidates must train at our Columbus location prior to transitioning to the Dayton branch. Said training could take up to 45 days, depending on experience, and those candidates with a valid DL and clean driving record could earn an additional $1/hour AND a $500 Bonus!
As a Concrete Laborer, your primary responsibility will be to work as a member of a team to construct quality residential foundations all around Ohio.
Additional duties include:
- Loading & unloading metal wall forming panels, tools, and other material
- Installing wall panels to create concrete forms according to specs
- Using various types of hand and power tools to connect/disconnect panels
- Using measuring tape to ensure proper installation of wall panels
- Assisting pump operators with pouring concrete into installed forms
- Spreading, vibrating, and finishing freshly poured concrete
- Stripping & removing wall panels from finished concrete surfaces
- Securing tools and ensuring jobsite remains clean & organized at all times
- Performing additional labor-related duties assigned by crew leaders
Pay Rate: Up to $24 Per Hour (w/ potential raise at 90 days)
Driver Bonus: $500 Bonus for candidates with valid DL & clean driving record!
Shift Details: 6am to 4pm, Mon-Fri (end times vary depending on the day)
