What You’ll Do:
Install and assemble high-quality formwork for concrete structures
Measure and layout footings and foundations
Set forms that hold concrete to the desired pitch and depth and align them
Work with reinforcement installation and precision concrete pouring
Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rake, shovel, hand/power trowel, hand/power screed, and float
Adapt to varied job site conditions, including outdoor work and heights

Qualifications: Requirements:
2+ years of experience in formwork installation, concrete pouring, and reinforcement
Strong work ethic and reliability - we count on each other to get the job done
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Must have own basic hand tools and reliable transportation
Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
